“More than glue and tape “ is a lyric written by Shane Collins of The Gifthorse .

I was asked by my phycologist (when things get too much for me ) to picture something that would calm my mind. This is what I saw.
A flower made up of “mudras “ a Sanskrit word, means a symbolic hand gesture that has the power of producing joy and happiness. Mudras help to link the brain to the body, soothe pain, stimulate endorphins, change the mood and increase our vitality. Mudras have been an integral tool for many Hindu and Buddhist rituals.

Meaning, to overcome mental overload, be it through therapy/yoga/mediation and mudras, it’s a healthy reminder that sometimes our brains and hearts needs “more than glue tape” to heal or fix a situation.
